What to do if the package arrives damaged

When picking up the package, you need to check your it in the presence of the courier. If there are visible damages on it (torn parts and crushing), you should not take the package. In this case, you need to send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone number) to the address reklamacije@kkpartizanshop.rs and state the reason why you refused to collect the package. You will be informed about further action as soon as possible.

 

Complaints and how to resolve complaints

If you received the shipment and after opening the package found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods, that they do not correspond to the pictures or the description on the website, or that the information on the invoice is not correct, you must send an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone number), as well as proof of purchase on the site (order number or invoice sent with the goods) to the address reklamacije@kkpartizanshop.rs and describe the reasons for making the complaint. In the shortest possible time, you will receive a complaint statement form to your e-mail address. You need to send the goods that are the subject of a complaint to the seller's address, together with the proof of purchase and the completed form for the complaint statement. Within 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint statement and the goods that are the subject of the complaint, you will receive an electronic response to the reported complaint, i.e. whether the complaint is accepted and notification of further action. The deadline for resolving a complaint is 15 days from the moment of reporting it, or from the moment when the seller received the returned goods that are being complained about. If, for objective reasons, the seller is unable to satisfy the buyer's request within the specified period, he will be notified of the extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint, specifying the deadline in which it will be resolved, if the buyer gives his consent.

The buyer who informs the seller about the non-conformity of the goods can request that the defect in the purchased product be removed without compensation, that the defective product be replaced with a new or similar product without compensation, or that the purchase contract be terminated, i.e. to issue a refund. The seller will send a replacement product or refund the money after receiving the returned goods. If it is determined that the complaint request is founded, all incurred costs, including delivery costs, shall be paid by the seller. If it is determined that the complaint request is unfounded, all incurred costs, including delivery costs, shall be paid by the buyer.

The right to complain cannot be exercised in the event that the product has no defects, if the defect was caused by the fault of the buyer (physical and chemical damage during product use or due to improper maintenance of the product), since the buyer is obliged to comply with all instructions from the label and instructions for use and maintaining. The customer does not exercise the right to complain even if he does not have proof that the product was purchased through our website.

Items with service printing (jersey) are not subject to the right of complaint, except in case the product itself is damaged. We are also not responsible in case the player changes his number or leaves the club.

 

Withdrawal from the purchase contract

The customer can request the exercise of the right to withdraw via the address reklamacije@kkpartizanshop.rs within 14 days from the day he received the goods, after which he will be sent a form on withdrawing from the distance contract as soon as possible. The buyer has the obligation to return the product within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods, after which the right to withdraw can no longer be exercised. The right to cancel can be exercised under the conditions that the product is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, as well as that the customer has attached proof of purchase and a form for canceling the contract, where he may or may not state the reasons for canceling.

If it is determined that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, the seller will refund the funds to the buyer's account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal form, provided that the seller has received the returned goods within that period. If it is determined that the customer exercises the right to cancel the purchase, he will be refunded in the amount of the sales price of the goods paid by the customer, not including the shipping costs, which in case of cancellation of the purchase are borne by the customer in full.

 

Swapping the size and exchanging the item for another

If after receiving the package, you tried on the item and found that the size does not suit you or you want to exchange the item for another, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receipt of the package. You need to send us an e-mail to the address prodaja@kkpartizanshop.rs with the following information: the invoice number that was sent to you with the goods, the item code and the size for which you want to exchange, that is, if you are exchanging the product for another, the code of the new item and the size that you want to exchange for. After checking the availability of the requested item, you will be notified of the exchange process. The right to exchange can be exercised under the conditions that the product is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging, as well as that the customer has attached proof of purchase (receipt). The cost of replacing the item is borne by the buyer.

Refunds

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, KK Partizan Shop is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that at the seller's request, the bank will refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

Statement of Conversion

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD). For informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used, which you can view on the website www.nbs.rs. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.

Protection of data privacy

In order to successfully process your order, we need your first and last name, address, e-mail and phone number. With the help of these data, we will be able to deliver the desired goods to you, as well as inform you about the current status of the order. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business and user information in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. By applying or registering at www.kkpartizanshop.rs, the user agrees to send him e-mail, SMS and Viber notifications. We give customers choices including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing, SMS and Viber lists used for marketing campaigns.
