POP 17 - "Unattainable Praja"
The best scorer in the history of our Club, Dražen Dalipagić (8,278 points) holds another, seemingly unattainable, record. He occupies the first four places on the eternal list of KK Partizan by the number of points scored in one game in European club competitions.
The legendary Praja scored as many as 55 points in the Champions Cup match in the 1981/82 season against the then Squibb (Cantu) from Italy! This was followed by the final of the Radivoj Korac Cup in 1978 against Bosnia in Banja Luka, when he scored 48 points, and then 45 points each (Zbrojovka - Champions Cup 1976/77 and Šresher Brussels - Radivoj Korac Cup 1977/78). In fifth place is Zarko Paspalj with 43 points against the Dutch club Nashua Den Bosch in the Champions Cup in the 1987/88 season. Dalipagić scored 41 points two more times, against Bir Forst (Kanta) in the semifinals of the Radivoj Korac Cup in the 1974/75 season. and Akademik from Sofia in the Champions Cup (1976/77).
Dragan Kićanović (41 - Arigoni in the final of the Korac Cup, season 1978/79), Goran Grbović (41 - Nashua Den Bosch, Champions Cup 1987/88), Peter Vilfan (40) also scored 40 or more points in European matches. – Varese, Korać Cup 1985/86) and Vlado Šćepanović (40 – Ural Perm, Euroleague 2001/02).
